I am a BANT qualified registered nutritionist, personal trainer and Pilates instructor. I help my clients to improve their lifestyle and maximise their sport performance through tailored nutrition planning and coaching. Fuel your training with a tailored nutrition plan that works as hard as you do. Whether you are chasing personal bests or competing I can help you to power your body, speed recovery and keep you performing at your best. 

Sport performance is measured in weeks and months, not hours so I ask for a minimum 3 month commitment.

1:1 lifestyle nutrition coaching

Transformation takes time. Your body, hormones, gut and training can’t transform over night (as much as we’d all love that!). Thats why I ask for a minimum 3 month commitment, so that we can truly work on your transformation together and make a lasting change.
